Log cabin scraps, lap size
This is a quilt I made for a friend and collegue in the U.S. When I was recovering from knee surgery in 2007, she sent me a lovely
crocheted blanket to keep me warm during my many hours in the "knee treadmill" (an apparatus somewhat like the pedalling part of a bike -
it is used to get the knee to bend again degree by degree by pedalling at pre-adjusted angles). Her blanket was perfect for this. In return,
I gave her this log-cabin quilt. Machine-sewn and machine-quilted.
