Japanese Fabric Sampler, twin bed size
This is a simple one-patch top I sewed from all the beautiful Japanese fabrics Jean from the Atlanta Bunch bought for me. I was forever fondling the FQs and could not come up with any pattern to suit them. I finally decided that the fabric needed to be seen in fairly large pieces, gave up being inventive, and just did this simple one-patch design with black sashing. I machine-quilted in the ditch around all the squares, and plan to do some flowery hand-quilting on the outer border.
